FAQ
Straight answers about the private beta.
Where a decision has not been finalised, we say so rather than inventing an answer. Details are agreed with each beta club.
Questions
Everything clubs ask us
Is CourtNexa publicly available?
Not yet. CourtNexa is entering private beta with a small number of selected private clubs. There is no public sign-up, and access is arranged directly with our team.
What does private beta mean?
It means the platform is being used in real club environments with hands-on support from our team, while functionality is still being refined. Beta clubs get direct access to us and real influence over what we build next.
What types of clubs are a good fit?
Private racquet clubs that run their own courts, memberships, coaching and programs, and that have a designated contact who can work with us through a controlled rollout. Single-sport and multi-racquet facilities are both relevant.
Which racquet sports are supported?
The platform is designed around court-based racquet sports including tennis, padel and pickleball, and facilities that combine several of them. Sport-specific details are configured with each beta club.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on your court count, membership structure and current systems. We do not promise instant setup: onboarding is scheduled with each beta club after a discovery conversation so the configuration matches how you actually operate.
Can CourtNexa help migrate existing data?
Data migration is handled case by case during beta. We review what you hold today, including members, courts, schedules and programs, and agree on a realistic approach with your team before any rollout.
Does the beta include member-facing booking?
Member-facing booking is part of the platform. Whether it is switched on immediately or after an internal staff phase is decided with each beta club as part of the rollout plan.
How will pricing work?
Pricing is not published during private beta. Beta partnership terms are discussed individually with each club. We are not offering a free trial and we are not committing to discounts unless agreed in writing.
How is club and member data handled?
Club data belongs to the club. We apply access controls, secure infrastructure and responsible handling of member information. Specific data-processing arrangements are agreed with each beta club.
What happens after the beta?
We review the pilot with your team, agree what a continued setup looks like, and plan the next phase together. Nothing is switched off without a conversation.
