Programs and events
Clinics, camps, leagues, socials and club events are built, scheduled and administered from a single Programs and Events area, each with its own court needs, capacity, pricing and roster.
Outcome: program administration stops depending on one person's file.
Reporting and data
A built-in reporting suite covers court utilisation, booking volume, program and tournament participation, revenue and membership growth. Filter by date range, court, program or membership type, then export the underlying data when finance or the board needs it.
Outcome: management decisions come from club data rather than recollection.
Marketing automations
Build an automation from a trigger, such as a first booking, a lapsed member or a completed clinic, then add conditions, delays and the message that goes out. The club sets the logic once and the system runs it every day.

Tournaments and leagues
CourtNexa is your league and tournament software. There is nothing else to bolt on. Registration windows, price tiers, divisions and match formats are set in the platform, entries and waitlists come in through the member app, and seeded draws, schedules, score entry and standings are generated against real court time.

Capture and tracking
