Private beta
Built with clubs, not behind closed doors.
CourtNexa is entering private beta with selected private clubs. Beta partners work directly with our team to shape workflows, validate real club operations, and prepare the platform for a wider launch.
Why we are running a private beta
Club operations are specific. Prime-time rules, coaching blocks, guest policies and membership structures differ from club to club, and no amount of internal design work replaces running real bookings in a real facility. A private beta lets us validate the platform in a small number of clubs, with our team close enough to fix what does not fit.
The clubs we want to partner with
We are looking for a small group of private clubs that are willing to work through a controlled rollout.
- Private racquet clubs running their own courts and memberships
- Tennis, padel, pickleball or multi-racquet facilities
- Clubs with coaching, programs or recurring bookings to manage
- A named contact who can commit time to the pilot
- Willingness to give direct, recurring feedback
What is included
Beta partnership is a working relationship, not a self-service trial.
- Hands-on onboarding with the CourtNexa team
- Guided configuration for your courts, rules and programs
- Direct access to the people building the product
- Structured feedback sessions during the pilot
- Influence over what we prioritise next
- Early access to new functionality as it is released
What implementation looks like
Apply, then discovery, then a configured pilot, then a joint review. Timelines depend on your court count, membership structure and current systems, and are agreed with your team rather than promised in advance.
- Apply - tell us about your club, facilities, membership and current systems
- Discovery - we review your workflows and confirm beta fit in both directions
- Configure and pilot - a controlled rollout with hands-on support
- Learn and expand - feedback, improvements, and planning the next phase together
What we expect from a beta partner
The beta only works if the club is an active participant.
- A designated club contact for the duration of the pilot
- Willingness to test real workflows rather than a sandbox
- Constructive, recurring feedback
- Alignment on a controlled, staged rollout
How feedback is handled
Feedback is collected in scheduled sessions and directly between sessions. Items are triaged with your context attached, and we tell you what we are doing about them, including when we decide not to build something and why.
What happens after the beta
At the end of the pilot we review the results with your team and agree what a continued setup looks like. Commercial terms are discussed individually. Nothing is switched off without a conversation, and no automatic conversion is applied.
A note on what this is not
Private beta is not a free trial and not a discounted subscription. Beta partnership terms are discussed individually with each club, and we do not publish pricing while the platform is in beta.
Apply to join the private beta
Applications are handled through a short introduction call. Bring your court count, membership structure and the systems you use today. That is enough for a first conversation.
Scheduling is currently handled via our external scheduler (meetings-eu1.hubspot.com).
